When the aftermath of Hurricane Ike ripped through the area it left us without power among many other things. A huge tree fell on Grandpa Rick & Nana Kat's back deck. They also lost many limbs. We went over to help them with the clean up. Kaidyn was such a big help in cleaning up after the storm. She is pictured above "hard at work" with her rake, gloves, and stick. Nana Kat told her she got 25 cents for each stick she picked up. Needless to say, she didn't get too many! She decided to snooze through the clean up but enjoyed napping outside in her bouncy seat.
