Kelly Sue Kangaroo...

...and baby Boo got to come home with Kaidyn for a couple of days.  Kelly Sue and her baby "Boo" are the class pets.  They travel home with the children in a basket, complete with two blankets, toothbrushes, and a hair brush.  It is the child's responsiblity to care for them.  Kaidyn has been SO EXCITED about bringing home the kangaroo!  She had a few things that we HAD to do with her.  The main one being, taking her to the park.  Today we did just that and thankfully it was a gorgeous day for the park.  Daddy even tagged along on his lunch break!  The kangaroo also got to meet Ella yesterday!  Tonight we record what we did in the journal with the kangaroo and send it back to school with Kaidyn in the morning.  Her teacher will read the journal entry to the class!
