Two Month Check-Up

Keegan went to the doc today for his two month check-up.  He is right on track with all of his developments.  Dr. Valentine said to keep doing what we were doing because he is doing great!  So, we will continue on.  :)  Keegan got two shots (one shot had three vaccinations combined into one - yay!) and one oral vaccine.  He sucked down the oral vaccination just as I remember Kaidyn doing!  He was a little trooper with the shots and cried for only a few seconds after the initial stick in the thigh.  Now this evening has been a different story.  He has been extremely fussy.  Luckily Bill and I have been able to pass him back and forth.  Whew!  What a night.

Here are his 2 Month Stats:

• 1' 10" (Ha!)  The computer system the doc uses now converts their height in feet & inches, rather than just inches.  Keegan is 22 1/2 inches long growing only a half inch in the past month.  I really felt he grew more than this, but it could be that they miss measured him at his 1 month appt.
• He weighs 12 lbs. 10 oz.

We don't go back to the doctor until December for a four month check-up.  Here's hoping we can stay away from the office until then!
