Two Year Stats

Kaidyn made the dreaded trip to the doctor yesterday for her two year check-up.  Needless to say, it wasn't too bad.  Dr. Valentine was great, as always.  She loves all over Kaidyn, takes as much time with us as we need, and just great to talk with.  Kaidyn did not need any shots, we are up to date until kindergarten!  Dr. Valentine also decided not to prick her finger for the blood test because she wanted a visit that wasn't traumatic for her.  Great idea! :)  She is growing like a weed and developmentally progressing right on track!  Did I mention her vocabulary has taken off?!   I look for that to continue as we begin some therapeutic listening (thanks Aunt Candy for the awesome bday gift!)!  Kaidyn weighs 27 pounds and is 34 inches tall.  If you double her height (which "they" say you can and determine how tall she will be) that would make her 5' 8".  We'll see how true that is down the road.
