Keegan had his one month check-up on Tuesday with Dr. Valentine. To say he is growing is an understatement! Our little guy has gained three pounds and grown two inches since birth. He is 10 lbs. 11 oz. and 22 inches long! Grow baby grow! He has also started smiling at us, which is precious! I want to remember what a strong little booger he has been and continues to be. He really has almost complete neck control. It is amazing to watch him lay on his belly and move his head from side to side knowing he has been doing this since the first week. Dr. Valentine even commented on his strength as she was examining his hips and boy parts as he kicked. He got second dose of the Hepatitis B vaccination and did pretty well with it. He cried for about 30 seconds. It probably affected me more than it did him. He continues to be the perfect little baby!
*Sidenote - We will be saying goodbye to Keegan's newborn clothes and diapers really soon. It's hard to believe he's already outgrown his newborn things. :(
