What is up with our little toddler these days? Well, the terrible two's have hit. They come and go, especially when she doesn't get her way. She has had to spend some time in the "time out" chair due to telling mommy and daddy "No" in that little sassy voice. She still doesn't fully understand the concept of time out because I will ask her if she wants to go when she is misbehaving and she will reply "Pease". She is growing like a little weed and really getting tall. She is talking up a storm and saying short sentences. This makes me very happy because I always worry about a speech delay. We are working on the saying the ending consonants on words because she seems to leave them off of certain words, such as boat. It is so fun to be able to communicate with her now. She can tell me in the car if she is hot or cold! Being outdoors is still a favorite, as well as taking boat rides in "Papa's boat". We are working hard on colors and have a game that we love to play together that helps this along. The Barney videos really keep her attention and she sings and dances along with them! We are so blessed to have a happy, healthy, precious little girl. We can't believe we will be celebrating her second birthday in less than a month. She definitely fills each day with so much joy and excitement!
